Bringing Hope to Mississippi: Kids Wish Network is in Desperate Need of Toys, Games, Baby Blankets and Other Necessities for Children in Crisis

Holiday, FL –  Kids Wish Network needs all sorts of items suitable for children and families in need for their upcoming Kids Wish Network On Tour event in tornado ravaged Mississippi.

Kids Wish Network On Tour is a program that was designed to bring “miles of smiles” through the joy of toys and gifts to children nationwide who are facing difficult circumstances relating to abuse, homelessness and neglect. By partnering with local city officials, Kids Wish Network On Tour is able to reach out to children who might be unreachable otherwise.

In July, Kids Wish Network On Tour is heading to Yazoo City, Mississippi to help bring joy back into the lives of children who have faced overwhelming circumstances and whose families are suffering from the aftereffects of the recent tornadoes and floods that have devastated the area.

In order to do this, Kids Wish Network needs the immediate help of manufacturers and distributors of all kinds of toys, games, books, educational products, children’s clothing, baby blankets and other much-needed necessities, as we are in desperate need of them. Without the assistance of the manufacturers and distributors of these items, we cannot give these kids the joy they so deserve during their times of need.

These items are delivered directly into the hands of the children and families who need them most.

In order to bring joy to these very deserving children, we rely on the generosity of manufacturers and companies nationwide to donate their products to be given to these children. It has been proven that toys help alleviate fears and anxieties by allowing children to temporarily forget about the pain and fear often accompanying scary and uncertain circumstances, while the needed necessities such as baby blankets or children’s clothing will help relieve the stresses and burdens caused by the recent devastation in the areas surrounding Yazoo City, Mississippi.

Just in Time: Kids Preferred LLC Comes to the Rescue with Another Amazing Donation of Plush Toys for Children’s Charity Kids Wish Network

Holiday, Fla. – Kids Wish Network received yet another fabulous donation of all sorts of amazing plush toys and gifts for children from Kids Preferred LLC to distribute to children in crisis through Kids Wish Network’s amazingly uplifting gift-giving programs.

Seven pallets of fantastic plush toys and gifts for kids of all ages from Kids Preferred LLC, a company whose goal for over 20 years has been to design and manufacture “soft toys and gifts of utmost quality that are reliable and safe for infants and children.” In addition to being one of the top manufacturers of safe, cuddly and wonderful products for children and infants, Kids Preferred LLC has also been a treasured “Guardian Angel” for national children’s charity Kids Wish Network since 2007.

As plush toys are some of the most desired toys on the market, they are also the top toys shipped out with Kids Wish Network’s gift giving programs. Recently, Kids Wish Network was running dangerously low in numbers of plush toys to give out to kids in need and Kids Preferred LLC heard the charity’s cry for help; they came to the rescue with seven pallets packed to the brim with fantastic lovable, fuzzy plush toys made especially for children.

This donation of perfect plush toys also came just in the nick of time for several upcoming events at Kids Wish Network with the Holiday of Hope Gift Bank program and the groundbreaking “Kids Wish Network on Tour” program. Both programs were designed to bring the joy of toys to deserving children who are facing unfortunate circumstances such as illnesses, abuse, neglect and homelessness. Holiday, FL –  Kids Wish Network, a nationally recognized 501 (c) 3 organization that serves children with life-threatening illnesses, is desperate for your help! We are in need of donations of plush toys!

After working with children in crisis for over 12 years, we at Kids Wish Network have found that children truly love to play with classic toys, especially plush toys. Despite the demand for high-tech gadgets, plush toys remain on the top of the list of the most desirable toys.

Playing with a toy is a calming and relaxing activity for kids who are suffering from illnesses, distressed while dealing with harsh circumstances like homelessness or trying to cope with other traumatic situations such as abuse. A “hug” from a plush toy can also provide a much-needed element of comfort to a child.

Probably because of their worldwide appeal to children of all ages and situations, there is always a high demand for these classic plush toys. Without the assistance of the manufacturers and distributors of these items, we cannot give these kids the joy they so deserve during their times of need.

We work hard each and every day, all year round to bring joy to some very courageous kids through our gift giving Holiday of Hope Gift Banks and our brand new Kids Wish Network On Tour program. The Joy of Growth: DuneCraft, Inc. Helps Kids Wish Network Send Amazing Terrarium Kits to Children in Crisis Nationwide
