Holiday, FL- WonderChess, LLC., a company who revolutionized a new way to teach children the mind-stimulating games of chess and checkers, has shown their outstanding generosity by donating some of their amazing games to national children’s charity Kids Wish Network.
Children recovering from illness or injury in hospitals and care facilities across the nation will soon be learning to play some classic games, thanks to the exceptional generosity of WonderChess, LLC., who donated their amazingly innovative award-winning WonderChess and WonderCheckers board games to Kids Wish Network. WonderChess and WonderCheckers feature prize-inside game pieces that make learning these strategy games fun and exciting. This amazing donation came to a retail value of approximately $9,000 dollars worth of merchandise that could not have come at a better time for the charity, considering today’s difficult economic climate.
These fabulous WonderChess, LLC. games will be included in Kids Wish Network’s unique Holiday of Hope Gift Bank program, an uplifting program that brings cheer to children in the care of specialized facilities such as hospitals, abuse and homeless shelters. The donated games are delivered straight into the hands of the children; there are no “middle men” involved. Doctors and nurses all agree that sometimes a smile can be the very best medicine!
WonderChess, LLC.’s donation will go a very long way in helping to ease the fears and anxieties that these brave children associate with medical attention and sometimes scary new surroundings. Children’s care facilities and hospitals all over the United States will be extremely excited to receive these desperately needed items, and Kids Wish Network simply cannot express enough thanks and gratitude to WonderChess, LLC. for their magnificent donation.
When Kids Wish Network was ready to receive WonderChess, LLC.’s donation, they realized that they needed some help bringing the wonderful products back to their warehouse; here is where global freight company Megatrux, Inc. worked their own special sort of “guardian angel magic.”
As always, Megatrux, Inc. were there to help Kids Wish Network out and were more than excited to assist the charity; they needed only an address from which to pick up the donation. Through Megatrux, Inc.’s generosity, WonderChess LLC.’s donation was trucked from Seattle, Washington all the way across the country to Kids Wish Network’s Florida doorstep.
There is nothing better than seeing the excitement and surprise on the face of a child who is bravely battling back from disease or recovering from an accident and Kids Wish Network is overjoyed to facilitate these memorable moments. We would not as efficiently have been able to make a difference in the life of these young people, were it not for caring organizations like WonderChess, LLC. and Megatrux, Inc.
