Kids Wish Network Gives Over $1,000,000 of Toys to Children in Need Throughout the United States

HOLIDAY, FL. – International children’s charity Kids Wish Network spent the past two weeks distributing over a $1,000,000 of toys and gifts to at-risk children in communities across the country through its Holiday of Hope Gift gift-giving program. This program is part of the organization’s mission to bring new toys and games, donated by America’s top manufacturers to children in need who might otherwise never know the joy of receiving a gift. This year the Holiday of Hope toy giveaway included cities previously served through the Kids Wish Network On Tour program which is directed at strengthening and educating communities with a high percentage of at-risk youth. Executive Director Anna Lanzatella said, “We will continue to nurture struggling communities and will not abandon these at-risk children, but rather encourage future generations by giving hope and joy this holiday season.” Kids Wish Network’s commitment to be on the frontlines of service to underprivileged communities is also apparent in their local community and throughout central Florida where they delivered over $655,000 worth of toys. Mayor Scott Eisenhauer of Danville, Illinois said, “I cannot thank Kids Wish Network enough for thinking of the City of Danville and making such a generous donation to our children. With so many families struggling, this will make Christmas so much brighter for many of our families. Thank you again for all that you do!” “Kids Wish Network has been a godsend for our children; they have been wonderful to work with and our town is greatly appreciative” said Bob Simpson, the Mayor of Brownfield, Texas. Kids Wish Network is dedicated to infusing hope, creating happy memories, and improving the quality of life for children having experienced life-altering situations. Its programs and services reach over 200 pediatric facilities throughout the United States to distribute millions in gifts and necessities each year to children in need.
